CLARESHOLM, AB - Ted Menzies, Member of Parliament for Macleod, would like to welcome visitors to the Calgary Stampede, running from July 6-15th, 2007.
“The Calgary Stampede is a world-class event and it attracts visitors from all over to enjoy the hospitality of Southern Alberta,” said Menzies. “I would like to welcome all Stampede visitors and wish them a good Calgary Stampede.”
Throughout the Calgary Stampede, Ted Menzies will be attending Stampede events in Calgary, including participating in the opening Parade Breakfast and Calgary Stampede Parade on Friday, July 6th.
“The Stampede highlights the best that Calgary has to offer and I would encourage Stampede goers to have a fun and safe time while taking in the Stampede’s many events,” added Menzies.
